Guidance: Tied Oils Enquiry Service: service availability and issues

A service issue about accessing the Tied Oils Enquiry Service has been added.

The service issues reported earlier have now been resolved.

There are problems accessing the Tied Oils Enquiry service at the moment. This is under urgent investigation and will be resolved as soon as possible.

Downtime previously planned for 17 and 18 November will now take place on 24 and 25 November.

Service issue for Thursday 8 November 2018 from 6pm to 11pm has been added.

Planned downtime for 3 and 4 November will now take place on 17 and 18 November.
